The Peabody High School Tanners powered past the Haverhill High Hillies in a Friday night away game that saw the brown and gold fall in a 20-10 loss that puts their season record at 4-6.

Hillie QB Brady Skafas sat out the second half of the game due to injury, with Carlton Campbell, D.J. Cunningham, Dante Cadeus and Hunter Prescott picking up the slack to lead Haverhill’s rushing and receiving efforts.

Next up for the Hillies is a Friday night home game on Nov. 9, with Lexington High School on the challenger bench at Trinity Stadium. 97.9 WHAV FM broadcasts all the action live starting at 5:30 p.m., with sports anchors Paul Ryan and Tommy Morgan planning a pre-game show ahead of the 6 p.m. kickoff.
