The brown and gold are packing up the pigskin and headed on the road Friday night for a trip to take on the Methuen Rangers at Nicholson Stadium in Methuen.

Haverhill’s football players face Tom Ryan’s Rangers after a mixed start to the varsity season. Kicking off the season with a crushing 43-14 loss to St. John’s Prep, the Hillies were able to redeem themselves with a 29-7 victory over Chelmsford Sept. 14 and, last Friday, 28-1 over Westford.

Ryan says the game against Methuen will be a “brawl.”
