City faith-based groups and peace advocates are marching from GAR Park to Trinity Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 29 in an effort to bring residents together for a night of fun, food and fellowship.
Organizers ask participants to park at the Welcome Street Citizens Center and be ready to march starting at 4 p.m. A shuttle bus is available for those unable to walk the route to Trinity Stadium. Following the march’s conclusion, a 5:30 p.m. cookout and 6:30 p.m. worship service is planned outdoors at Riverside Park.
All events are free and no pre-registration is required.
