Patricia A. (Hamm) Brennan, 84

Patricia A. (Hamm) Brennan, 84, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Sept. 13, at The Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, N.H., surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard J. Brennan, to whom she was married to for 55 years. She was born in South Boston on July 3, 1934, the daughter of the late Arthur and Florence (Wolseley) Hamm.

Raised and educated in South Boston, Brennan was employed as a telephone operator but her true vocation and life’s work was dedicating her years to being a devoted wife and loving mother and grandmother. Brennan was a member of Sweet Adelines – Haverhill Chapter. She truly loved being around her family and time spent on beautiful Cape Cod. She will be dearly missed by all those blessed to have known her.

Brennan is survived by three children, Kathleen Kennedy and her husband Charles of Newton, N.H., Patricia MacMillan and husband Richard of Hopkinton, N.H., and Richard Brennan Jr. and wife Andrea of Boston. She will also be remembered by her seven grandchildren, David, Patrick, Chad, Daniel, Russell, Colleen and Michael, four great-grandchildren, Jack, Sophie, Benjamin and Brennan. She was predeceased by her brother, Arthur Hamm, Jr.
