Haverhill Police Wednesday took a Dudley Street woman into custody on four counts of alleged assault and battery.

Fifty-one-year-old Migdalia Perez, of 29 Dudley St., resisted arrest when Officer William David arrived at her home at 1:25 a.m. September 5. According to a city arrest log, Perez faces one count of assault and battery, along with three counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

As WHAV reported in June 2016, Perez had a previous run-in with Haverhill Police on Lowell Avenue, when they arrested and charged her for driving under the influence of liquor and alcohol from an open container.
