Daniel M. Fahey, 62, passed away on August 30 at his home.
Born in Cambridge, he was the son of the late Leo F. and Patricia (Sullivan) Fahey. He attended St. Agnes Elementary School and Reading High School. A colorful, unique and happy-go-lucky individual, he loved people and his family. Known as honest and goodhearted, he will be missed by his friends and family, especially his nephews and grand-nieces.
Fahey is survived by his brother Leo J. Fahey of Haverhill, Kathleen Dupuis-Fahey of Tewksbury, nephews Thomas Dupuis of Tewksbury, Matthew Dupuis of New York, aunt Maureen Sullivan of Arlington, uncle William Sullivan of Columbia, Conn., and many beloved, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Saturday, Sept. 15 at 10 a.m. at St. Agnes Church, 186 Woburn St., Reading. Burial will be in Forest Glen Cemetery, Pearl Street, Reading.
