No injuries have been reported, but Haverhill Police responded late Monday night to reports of a shooting on Lowell Avenue near Westgate shopping center.
Police say they responded to 257 Lowell Ave., a single-family cape-style home, upon receiving the report. Witnesses said the shot or shots were aimed at the house. The property is opposite the entrance to Hadley West Drive.
Vehicle traffic was blocked in the area while police investigated.
