Haverhill Police are welcoming any tips about who may have fired multiple shots at a Lowell Avenue home Sunday night.

Capt. Stephen J. Doherty, police spokesman, said no one was injured, but the department continues to investigate the shooting.

“There were various shots fired that struck the house in numerous areas,” Doherty told WHAV. Numerous cruisers were sent to the single-family cape-style home at 257 Lowell Ave. after police received the first call around 9:45, Sunday night. Officers blocked the street and detoured automobiles around the area for at least two hours, he said.
