Haverhill firefighters are again trying to “Fill the Boot” for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
The annual Labor Day weekend campaign by the Haverhill Fire Department Local 1011 began Saturday and runs all day today. The public is being asked to stop by the Water Street fire station until 5 p.m. to donate in support of worldwide research to combat muscular dystrophy, ALS and related diseases by funding.
