Police Make Cocaine Trafficking Arrests on Haverhill’s Vine Street

Haverhill Police Tuesday arrested two city men for alleged cocaine trafficking on Vine Street, according to an arrest log obtained by WHAV.

Officer Adam Durkee took 26-year-old Jose Delbrey of 8 Vine St., and 18-year-old Jose Figueroa, of 135 Lafayette Square, into custody just before 10 a.m. at Delbrey’s home, charging the men with several drug and firearm offenses.

Both Delbrey and Figueroa were charged with receiving stolen property and the unlicensed possession of a firearm and ammunition, along with three counts each of drug possession and one count each of cocaine trafficking.
