UTEC Hosting Youth-Led Congressional Candidate Forum

Anti-violence activism group UTEC invites Merrimack Valley voters to meet and mingle with the congressional candidates vying to succeed Niki Tsongas in the 3rd district during a youth-led forum on Wednesday, Aug. 15.

Starting at 5:30 p.m., candidates will gather at the UTEC Catalyst Center, 17 Warren St., Lowell, to chat with youth ages 17-25 about issues including criminal justice reform, mental health services and more. The event is free and open to the public.

The congressional primary election takes place on Tuesday, Sept. 4.
