Police Arrest Two Bradford Residents for Alleged Prescription Fraud

Haverhill Police Monday arrested two residents of Bradford’s Farrwood Drive for alleged prescription fraud, according to an arrest log.

Forty-five-year-old Kimberly Zappala and 31-year-old Theodoros Bahtsevanos, both residing at 423 Farrwood Drive, were taken into custody on warrant-related charges by Det. Sean Scharneck and Patrolman Caitlin Brady at their home at 2 p.m.

Both are charged with passing a false prescription and obtaining a drug through fraud.

Bahtsevanos must also answer to a fugitive from justice charge in addition to larceny and motor vehicle violations.
