The Merrimack Valley Transportation Management Association seeks community input on commuting options at a Monday, June 18 forum in downtown Haverhill.
Representatives from the advocacy group partly funded by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation are holding a roundtable discussion at the UMass Haverhill Innovation Hub, 2 Merrimack St., starting at 8:30 a.m.
“Haverhill is a great place to do business. There is access to highways, buses and trains. But the MVTMA wants to do more, particularly in helping with that last leg of the commute—getting employees from the buses and trains to their place of work or to their homes,” the group said.
