Happenstance Horror Film Festival Takes Over Haverhill Tuesday Night

Horror movie buffs, clear your calendars! The third annual Happenstance Horror Film Festival takes place on Tuesday with several short movie screenings at Chunky’s Cinema Pub.

Doors open for the adults-only film festival at 5:30 p.m. and a $10 ticket includes a seat for all screenings and post-show panel discussions with filmmakers.

Organizer George Fraser, who plans to screen his film “Salt and Iron,” tells WHAV local vendors and artists will be on hand to sell movie memorabilia to horror buffs.

Awards will be presented for best local and international projects, Fraser said.
