Haverhill-based Anchor of Hope Diaper Bank kicks off its first-ever online auction to raise money to donate diapers to Merrimack Valley families in need.

From June 10-18, bids are accepted on prizes including Lowell Spinners tickets, a summer’s worth of ice cream sundaes from Benson’s in Boxford, gift cards and much more.

“Funds from our ‘June Splurge’ auction will enable us to continue to help the families of the greater Haverhill area,” Anchor of Hope founder Clair Hailson told WHAV. “Nationally, one out of every three families reports diaper need. . . . Anchor of Hope is dedicated to the idea that one simple, clean diaper can change a life.”
