Haverhill Police Make Trio of Drug Arrests Wednesday

Haverhill Police Wednesday arrested two city men on drug possession and distribution charges, nabbing a third person from North Andover for operating under the influence.

North Andover’s Chadwick Conner, 38, was traveling on Haverhill’s South Main Street just after 1 a.m. Wednesday when he was pulled over by Officer Jason Pearl and charged with operating under the influence of drugs.

Later that afternoon Officer Ruben Jimenez nabbed Rafael Rojas, of 7 Arlington St., on White Street. The 59-year-old was arrested on a warrant-related charge of intent to distribute a Class A opiate, along with a possession charge.

Noel Tuitt, of 77 Portland St., was arrested at his home just before 3:30 p.m. by Officer Daniel McDonald. Tuitt faces two drug possession charges, a charge of conspiracy to violate drug laws and an alleged distribution charge.
