Trinity EMS has promoted longtime employee and EMT Josiah Peters to Operations Manager, the Merrimack Valley ambulance company announced last week.

Effective June 4, Peters will primarily work out of Trinity’s Stewart Street headquarters.

A former firefighter in Acova, Penn., Peters became an EMT in 1998 and relocated to Massachusetts in 2002 with his wife Molly.

He joined the Trinity EMS staff in 2005 and served as a field training officer during his paramedic schooling, which he completed in 2013. Peters previously served as Assistant Operations Manager for the last three years.

Trinity EMS services the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire through 13 municipal 911 contracts across the region.
