Merrimack Valley-based Align Credit Union is celebrating three Banking Choice Awards following the first-ever ceremony that honored their commitment to quality and customer service.
Banking customers across the state issued Align high marks on surveys and reviews tallied from the Massachusetts Banking Benchmarks group. The credit union received a first place award for overall quality and a third place honor for customer service and technology efforts.
“Align Credit Union has set the standard for serving their members,” Tim Warren, whose Warren Group developed the awards, said in a statement. “This award is a testament to their never-ending pursuit to set the bar for excellence in the Massachusetts banking community.”
Since 1992, Align has served customers in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire through seven branch locations including Haverhill and Methuen.
