Secretary of Housing and Economic Development Jay Ash is headed to Haverhill this Wednesday to address members of the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce during their annual Economic Development Conference at DiBurro’s.
Ash’s remarks and a buffet lunch take place between 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. His visit follows that of Energy and Environmental Affairs Secretary Matthew A. Beaton, who hosted a Chamber chat earlier this month.
“The Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce’s idea is to be able to help real businesses by providing real assistance,” Chamber President Joseph J. Bevilacqua, also a Haverhill city councilor, tells WHAV.
