Four Haverhill Police Officers Ride Motorcycles in 300-Mile ‘Unity Tour’ for Charity

Brothers in blue—on bikes! Four members of the Haverhill Police Department completed a multi-state, 300-mile trek riding from New Jersey to Washington, D.C. this weekend as part of the Police Unity Tour.

Sergeant Nick Brown and Officer Jason Pearl participated in their fourth tour, Sergeant Joseph Ingham biked for the third time and Officer Chris Dondero is completed his first ride.

The men joined law enforcement members from across the country for the Wednesday, May 9 kickoff and were expected to arrive in the nation’s capital on Sunday afternoon.

A vigil for fallen officers was also held Sunday, with participants gathering at the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial to honor those men and women lost in the line of duty.
