Haverhill Police Arrest Lynn Man for Alleged Assault and Battery on a Child

A Lynn man was arrested late Saturday night for alleged assault and battery on a child, resulting in injury.

Forty-year-old Antonio Rodriquez from Lynn was arrested at 40 Locke St. at about 11:30 p.m. by Officer Figueroa and faces two counts of assault and battery.

Other arrests on Saturday include Jennifer Haas, 33, of 33 Worcester St., arrested on High Street for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, leaving the scene of property damage and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Haas also faces several warrant-related charges, including credit card larceny.

Joel Sevigny, 50, of Newburyport, was arrested on Interstate 495 for a warrant related to possession of a class B substance.

There were three arrests Sunday:

Keith O’Neil, 30, of 11 College Lane, was arrested at 425 Lowell Ave. (CVS) for shoplifting.

Michael Monti, 49, of 107 How St., was arrested on warrant-related charges.

John Moreno, 59, of 128 River St., was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol and other automobile-related charges.
