Haverhill’s Michael Clapp, of 28 Pilling St., was arrested Thursday evening at 106 Lafayette Sq., near CVS and Pare Liquors.
The 22-year-old was arrested by officer Tully just before 8 p.m. and is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, failure to stop or yield, failure to stop for police, leaving the scene of property damage, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and driving without a license.
Police also arrested 20-year-old William Aponte, of 37 Hall St. for possession with intent to distribute a class A substance, namely fentanyl. He was arrested on Varnum St. at noon.
Jonathan Rojas, 20, of 34 Golden St. was picked up on warrant charges related to assault and battery on a family member and destruction of property.
Crystal Jordan, 24, of Orange, was also arrested on warrant-related charges with a new charge added of driving without a license.
