Calling all kitchen divas! Head chocolatier—yes, that’s a real job!—Ariel Gabriel will take a bakery break from Somerville’s EHChocolatier on May 12 to teach Haverhill foodies the best way to decorate a cake.
The hands-on seminar happens at 10:30 a.m., and participants will learn how to beautify baked goods, mix icing and get basic script-writing techniques.
Gabriel’s session is free and open to all who register in advance by calling the library at 978-373-1586.
