Police Charge Haverhill Man, 57, with Breaking and Entering, Order Violation

Haverhill Police arrested five people on Wednesday, including David Archambault who was arrested at 5 Highland Ave. early Wednesday morning. The 57-year-old, who listed 5 Highland Ave. as his home address, was arrested at about 3 a.m. and charged with nighttime breaking and entering and two counts of violating an abuse prevention order.

Other arrests include:

10:26 a.m. – Steven Gallucci, 22, of 50 Russett Hill, was picked up on warrant charges related to drug possession with intent to distribute.

6:02 p.m. –  Juan Delos-Santos, 30, of 37 School St. was arrested on automobile-related charges including driving with a suspended license.

6:17 p.m. – Amie Noyes, 34, of 411 Washington St., was also arrested on warrant charges, related to larceny over $250.

Cheryl Poley, 49, of 81 Middlesex St. Bradford, was arrested on South Pleasant St. Wednesday night for operating under the influence of alcohol and other automobile-related charges.
