Doris G. Carlson, Great-Grandmother of Three

Doris G. Carlson passed away peacefully on April 27 at the Wingate Nursing Home in Haverhill surrounded by her loving family.

Carlson was retired from working as a bookkeeper. A devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she loved to cook for family and friends, and will be missed by all who knew her and loved her.

She is survived by her daughter, Kim Carlson; her son Scott Carlson and his wife, Jane; 5 grandchildren, Nils, Adam, Emily, Jesse and Christopher; 3 great grandchildren, Julia, Daphne and Ila; and her sister, Martha Desormeaux.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend a graveside service at the Walnut Cemetery located on Kenoza Street, Haverhill, on Friday, May 4, 1 p.m.

The Carlson family would like to extend their gratitude to the entire staff of the Stevens Bennett Home and the Wingate in Haverhill for their outstanding care of Doris during her stay with them.

Arrangements are by the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main Street, Haverhill.
