Haverhill High’s Creative Writing Club, The Reservoir Writers, is set to share its latest work at a downtown open mic night on Friday, May 4, at 7 p.m. under the direction of the high school’s faculty member and poet, Cody Kucker.
After the Reservoir Writers performance, students and other community members are invited to take the mic to perform for up to five minutes on a first-come, first-served basis.
The event, part of Haverhill River Bards Spring Poetry Series and Open Mic, is free and open to the public, but food and beverages are available for sale.
