Haverhill Police Make Drug Arrests on Harrison Street

Three men were arrested on drug charges yesterday morning at their 70 Harrison St. home.

Raymond Robinson, 63, and Geoffrey Robinson, 49, face charges of drug possession with intent to distribute along with 38-year-old Miguel Jordan who was also charged with fentanyl trafficking and unlawful possession of a firearm with a defaced serial number.

Police also arrested two out-of-towners for driving under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Sheryl MacFarland, 48, of Merrimack was arrested on East Main St. and Ariel Cepeda, 22, of Merrimack was arrested on South Main St. Cepeda is also charged with leaving the scene of property damage.

Lawren Passalaqua, 35, of 32.5 Nichols St., was arrested on Vine St. on several warrant-related charges, including four charges of larceny over $250, two charges of larceny under $250, identity fraud and motor vehicle related charges. Passalaqua will now face an additional charge of resisting arrest.

Homeless man Robert McLean of Haverhill was arrested around 1 p.m. for trespassing at 83 Summer St. and Ryan Parenteau, 34, of 27 Webster St. was picked up on a warrant for drug possession.
