Haverhill Police Arrest Two For Larceny Near Best Western

Forty-three-year-old Norma Negron and 20-year-old Luis Velazquez Lopez, both of 257 Jackson St. Lawrence, were arrested near Haverhill’s Best Western for two counts of larceny over $250 and conspiracy. Negron also faces charges relating to warrants on assault and battery, shoplifting, and motor vehicle-related offenses. She was also taken into custody on a charge of being a fugitive of justice.

Other arrests Saturday include Gregory Bailey of 108 Montclair Road for destruction of property and Eric Brolin of 37 Howard St., who was charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle.

On Sunday, police arrested 30-year-old Andrew Gibson of 16 Johnson St. on Boardman Street for possessing an electronic stun gun, breaking and entering, larceny over $250, receiving stolen property and possession of a class E substance, which includes controlled substances like codeine, morphine and opium.

Gibson also faces warrant-related charges of speeding and driving with a suspended license.
