Anthony W. Harper, 29, passed away on April 17. Born in Lincoln, Maine, he was the son of Laurence L. Harper Jr. and Barbara E. Wilson. Raised and educated in Lawrence, he was a graduate of Lawrence High School’s class of 2006. Harper was employed as a welder with the Iron Workers Union Local
