A Bradford man is expected in court this week to answer to a litany of credit card fraud, larceny and drug-related warrant charges after Haverhill Police took him into custody Tuesday.

Jeffrey Pofit of 155 Farrwood Drive was arrested by Officer Albert Bentances at his home Tuesday afternoon on charges relating to five individual warrants filed this week.

At the time of his arrest, the 30-year-old faced 12 counts of credit card fraud and one charge of credit card larceny. Under Massachusetts state law, the offenses may be punishable by a fine of up to $2,000 or two-and-a-half years behind bars.

Pofit also must answer to drug possession and motor vehicle-related charges.
