A Busy Tuesday For Haverhill Police

Haverhill police arrested five people at 36 5th Ave. mid-day Tuesday.

Paris Cormier, 31; Jasmine Cummings-George, 26, Emmanuel Falcon Alicia, 32; and Jesus Medina-Oquendo, 26, all residents of 36 5th Ave., and Oscar Feliciano-Mendiz, 31, of Lawrence, were all arrested for possession of a class B drug with intention to distribute.

Class B includes: amphetamines, barbiturates, codeine, cannabis, cathinones (including mephedrone) and synthetic cannabinoids.

Police also arrested two Portland St. residents on Tuesday, in unrelated incidents.

Arlene Lopez, 45, of 25 Portland St. was arrested Tuesday morning for assault and battery.

James Neptune, 24, of 94 Portland St. was arrested late Tuesday afternoon for destruction of property.

Allen Desmarais, 58, of 29 Benham St. was arrested for his second offense of driving while under the influence of alcohol.

A 36-year-old Derry man, Michael McClellan, was arrested Tuesday morning at 165 Mercury Ter. For assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and destruction of property.

Zachary Monaco, 18, of 52 Center St. was arrested at his home, also for assault and battery.
