Methuen Police Hosting Mother-Daughter Self-Defense Class

The Methuen Police, in conjunction with the Methuen YMCA, is holding a free Mother and Daughter Self-Defense Class on Weds., April 11 from 6 – 8 p.m.

The class is free and open to everyone age 12 and older.

Attendees will learn the fundamentals of personal safety and self-protection, while also gaining a sense of empowerment. Comfortable workout attire required.

The class will be taught by instructors from the Methuen Karate Association and the Methuen Police Department.
