Haverhill man, Jose Padilla, 28, of 440 North Ave., was arrested for drunk driving early Saturday morning on Sheridan St. by Officer Tracy.
In addition to operating under the influence of alcohol, Padilla was charged with destruction of property, negligent operation and driving a car that was not registered.
This was the second drunk driving arrest by the Haverhill police in just over 24 hours.
Brandon Ouellette of Windham, N.H., 35, was arrested on Friday at 1:45 a.m. on Portland St. by Officer Menzie and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol.
