Patricia M. “Trish” McNamara, 84, passed away Feb. 28, 2018 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Haverhill on Sept. 9, 1933, the daughter of the late Patrick and Kathleen (Maher) McNamara. She attended school in Haverhill, a graduate of St. James High School. She attended Chandlers Business School for secretarial work. McNamara was employed in the radiation department at Massachusetts General Hospital as a secretary for over 40 years.
She is survived by her nephews, Patrick B. McNamara and his wife Dana, Dennis J. McNamara and his wife Amy, great-nieces Courtney and Elise, great-nephew, Gavin, sister-in-law, Donna (Kyle) McNamara and many cousins and friends. She is also survived by her dear friends and caretaker Flavian Theronier. She was predeceased by her brother Henry E. “Harry” McNamara.
At the request of McNamara all services are private. Arrangements are by the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill.
