Essex County Sheriff Kevin F. Coppinger is headed to Haverhill for a discussion on prison and judicial reform.

The talk on Monday, March 5 begins at 6 p.m. in the Haverhill Public Library’s Johnson Auditorium and is sponsored by the Haverhill Democratic City Committee.

Coppinger is also expected to address the issue of opioid addiction. He will be joined by guest speaker Eileen Duff of the Governor’s Council.

The event is free and open to the public.
