Northern Essex Community College will showcase its healthcare programs at a Health and Wellness Fair on Monday, March 5 at the college’s Haverhill campus at 100 Elliott St.
From 9 a.m. to noon, attendees can learn strategies to deal with stress, have their blood pressure checked and find out the best way to measure exercise intensity. Raffles are open to all attendees, though winners must be present to take home prizes.
The fair will be held in the lobby of the Spurk Building.
