What do a publicist, a Massachusetts Supreme Court Judge and an author have in common? They’re all scheduled to speak at the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce’s Winning Opportunities for Women (WOW) Conference on March 30.
Among this year’s guest speakers are author Dr. Bridget Cooper and Kat Knox, the publicist for Boston Marathon hero Jeff Bauman. Superior Court Judge Sharon Poole Donatelle, a Haverhill native who was also the first girl in the country to play Little League baseball, is also scheduled to speak during the program at Salisbury’s Blue Ocean Music Hall.
This year’s event carries the theme “defining moments.”
Started by the Haverhill Chamber in 1996, the conference aims to promote the growth of women in the local business community.
Registration for the March 30 WOW Conference is now open. Tickets are $89 each before March 1 and $99 each after March 1. Discounted tables of five are also available. Tickets include breakfast and lunch and may be reserved by visiting the Chamber website at HaverhillChamber.com.
