Police Arrest Haverhill Teens for Alleged Kidnapping, Assault, Robbery

Three Haverhill teenagers are being held until a court determines Friday whether they are dangerous after police arrested the trio on charges ranging from assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, robbery and kidnapping.

Haverhill Police arrested Joshua Blanchard, 18, of 45 Germain Ave.; Joseph Clohisy, 19, of 154 Lowell Ave.; and Lorenco Gjegji, 19, of 14 Muriel Terrace, between about 4 and 6 p.m., Monday, at 91 S. Kimball St. All were charged with kidnapping, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and unarmed robbery.

The victim is said to be another teenager from Methuen.

According to a police incident log, officers went to Blanchard’s home at 3:30 p.m. with a warrant.
