A Haverhill man arrested after a series of peeping incidents appeared in a Dover, N.H. court Thursday to plead not guilty to all charges.
Joshua Daigle, 44, was arrested in December after Durham, N.H., police determined that he trespassed and looked into the windows of female residents of Coe Drive on multiple occasions. At the time of his arrest, Daigle was charged with five counts of invasion of privacy, five counts of loitering and prowling, five counts of criminal trespass and one count of resisting arrest. He was released on $5,000 bail.
Daigle has been banned from the town of Durham, N.H. and must refrain from excess use of alcohol and drugs until his trial begins on April 5.
