Patricia A. (Nichols) Arnold, 73, passed away Saturday, Jan. 13 at Boston Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Haverhill, she was the daughter of the late Francis H. and Harriet (LaPorte) Nichols. Raised and educated in Haverhill, Arnold was a graduate of Haverhill High School, Class of 1962. She was employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Oxford Manor for 12 years, retiring in 2000. She also was employed in daycare for many years and sold Tupperware to family and friends. Arnold loved being with her family, especially during the holidays. She enjoyed painting by numbers, puzzles and crosswords.
Arnold is survived by her children James E. Hatin and his wife Jessica L. Hattin of Bradford, David Gosselin of Methuen, Sherry L. Cole of Haverhill, Cynthia Thibedeau of Burlington, her grandchildren Tiffany, Matthew, Shawn Gosselin, Stewart M. Cole III, Gary Thibedeau and Logann Hatin. She was predeceased by her son Francis Gosselin.
Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours Thursday, Jan. 18 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill.
