Methuen Police are on the hunt for two suspects who attempted to commit armed robbery Wednesday afternoon at the Days Inn on Pelham Street.
The two men were at the hotel to purchase a computer. During the transaction, the second suspect pulled a handgun on the victim, according to police Chief Joseph Solomon. The suspects tried to steal the computer and flee, but the victim was able to fight them off.
Police say the suspects left the scene in a dark-colored vehicle with yellow out-of-state plates, possibly from New York or New Jersey.
