Plaistow Selectman Tammy Bergeron has been found guilty of drunken driving, District Court Judge Sharon DeVries ruled Monday.
She entered a plea of not guilty on Friday, the first day of her trial. Bergeron was arrested in April 2017 after she drove into a car occupied by a retired Goffstown, N.H., firefighter.
In addition to the suspension of her license, Bergeron must pay a $620 fine and enroll in an Impaired Driver Care Management Program.
Bergeron was elected to Plaistow’s Board of Selectmen in 2015 for a three-year term. She was named vice chairwoman just three days before her intoxication arrest.
