Haverhill Woman Killed in Four-Car Crash on Route 125

A 30-year-old Haverhill woman was killed after a four-car accident Friday morning on Route 125 near the city’s Ward Hill Connector.

Police and fire units responded at 11:50 a.m. to the area of route 125 and Oxford Avenue, finding three drivers injured after the crash. Two drivers suffered minor injuries and the third, a female city resident, was critically wounded.

Haverhill Police Captain Stephen Doherty told WHAV that the unidentified woman was transported to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.

Following an investigation by State and Haverhill Police Reconstruction units, traffic was reopened for travel along route 125.
