Haverhill Man Arrested for Alleged Peeping Incidents in Durham, N.H.

A Haverhill man has been arrested and charged with peeping in the windows of several homes in Durham, N.H.

Joshua Daigle, 44, turned himself in at the Durham police station on Friday, Deputy Chief Rene Kelley confirmed to WHAV. He is charged with five counts of invasion of privacy, five counts of loitering and prowling, five counts of criminal trespass and one count of resisting arrest.

Police say Daigle allegedly trespassed at 8 Coe Drive in Durham on several occasions, including last Tuesday morning. Using video surveillance, it was determined that Daigle was on the property five times, looking into the windows of female residents on each occasion.

Daigle has been released on $5,000 bail and will be arraigned at 7th Circuit Court Dover Division on Jan. 25.
