Haverhill Bank Vice President Erin M. Daley has been named chairwoman of the board of the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce.

Based out of the bank’s Salem, N.H., branch, Daley has participated in Chamber activities for more than 15 years, serving on their board since 2011.

“I am very excited for the upcoming year as chairman of the board,” Daley said. “I have been on the board for six years and, during this time, I have seen the Salem Chamber and surrounding towns experience tremendous growth. It is a very exciting time for all of us who live, work and play in this area.”

Daley’s appointment is a welcome one, said Chamber President Donna Morris.

“A strong Chamber begins with ‘I.’ Involved members, impassioned staff and inspired leadership,” Morris said. “It also ends with ‘I’ in the form of businesses professionals asking ‘How can ‘I’ be a part of it?’ The Greater Salem Chamber is a member-driven organization, and we are very fortunate to have dedicated and talented people that help bring it to life.”

Danville, N.H. resident Daley will continue her work with Boys and Girls Club of Greater Salem and the Granite State South Board of Realtors.
