Celebrate the holidays with an ugly sweater! The Haverhill Public Library is hosting an arts and crafts session on Saturday, Dec. 16 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. where patrons can get creative decorating an ugly holiday sweater. Please bring a plain sweater, sweatshirt or T-shirt to decorate and al
