An Atkinson man is facing felony charges after a police search of his home yielded six-and-a-half pounds of marijuana, 87 doses of THC, drug ledgers and weapons.

David E. Margeson, 60, of 23 Ridgewood Drive, was arrested Monday following the search by Atkinson Police and the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force.

On Thursday, Atkinson authorities said Margeson was in possession of scales, packaging materials and $1,300 in cash at the time of his arrest. Police also seized 20 doses of Cannabis oil, edible marijuana chocolates and cookies from his home.
