For the fourth year in a row, the Methuen Police Department is collecting toys for needy children.

Police are partnering with Debbie’s Treasure Chest, a local non-profit charity founded by young Methuen residents Maxine and Talia Harvey. Debbie’s Treasure Chest provides aid and support for disadvantaged and at-risk families in the Merrimack Valley and surrounding areas.

New, unwrapped toys may be dropped off at the Police Station, at 90 Hampshire St., or at toy drop boxes at Methuen City Hall, Methuen Senior Center, The Savings Bank on Burnham Road, Renaissance Salon, Monte Carlo Salon, Enterprise Bank of Andover and Methuen High School.
