Empowered Body fitness studio celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Oct. 21.
The Haverhill community has another way to stay in shape this fall with the grand opening of Empowered Body at 781 River St.
A high intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength-based fitness studio, Empowered Body prides itself on “fusion and function,” according to its Facebook page.
The facility offers three signature classes – EB Shake, EB Cardio and EB Sculpt – that vary between 30 and 45 minutes. Classes are $18 and advance registration is required. Nutrition counseling is also offered.
Empowered Body celebrated its official grand opening on Saturday, Oct. 21, with a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce Board Chairman and School Committee member Paul Magliocchetti and City Council member Joseph J. Bevilacqua.
