City children in kindergarten through third grade are invited to participate in the Haverhill Firefighting Museum’s “Every Second Counts, Plan Two Ways Out” Fire Safety Prevention Program on Saturday, Oct. 14.

Families are welcomed for free at the museum from 12 to 4 p.m. and members of the Haverhill Fire Department will be on hand – with a truck! – to discuss their Safe Program.

Also on Saturday, the Museum will host a scavenger hunt and Halloween Coloring Contest.

The Haverhill Firefighting Museum is located at 75 Kenoza Avenue.
